Where are you based? Do you travel?

I’m based in Reno, Nevada and serve Lake Tahoe, the entire West Coast, and destinations worldwide. Travel within Nevada is always included; destination travel is quoted separately.

How do we secure our date?

Booking is simple! Your date is officially reserved once your contract has been signed and the required retainer has been paid. For weddings, a 40% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before your wedding day, as outlined in your contract. For portrait, couples, family, and branding sessions, a non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session date. Once your booking is complete, I’ll guide you through the next steps and start planning an experience that’s tailored just for you.

How soon will we receive our photos?

I know you’ll be excited to relive your day, so I always work to deliver your gallery as quickly as possible without compromising quality. For weddings, you’ll receive a few sneak peeks within one week, with your full gallery delivered in approximately 4–6 weeks (or according to the timeline outlined in your contract). Portrait, couples, family, and branding galleries are typically delivered within 1–2 weeks.

How do we determine your coverage?

Every wedding is unique, and your photography coverage should reflect that. While most couples choose 8 hours to capture everything from getting ready through the main reception events, we’ll work together to create a personalized timeline that ensures every meaningful moment is documented without ever feeling rushed.

Do we need to provide food for you?

A vendor meal during dinner service is always appreciated it lets me stay energized and ready to capture the reception.

How do we receive our photos?

Your memories will be delivered through a beautiful, private online gallery that’s easy to access from any device. From your gallery, you can download high-resolution images, share them with family and friends, and order professional-quality prints to enjoy for years to come. Wedding galleries remain available for 1 year, while portrait and branding galleries are available for 3 months, giving you plenty of time to download and preserve your images.

Before your wedding day arrives, we'll take the time to connect, dream, and bring your vision to life. We'll have 2-3 planning calls throughout the process, including a final details call closer to your date to make sure everything feels organized, intentional, and aligned with your vision.

Wedding Day Guidance

You don't have to navigate every detail alone. I'll be there to help guide your timeline, offer photography recommendations, and make sure your day flows naturally while leaving space for the genuine moments to unfold.

Your Photos, Preserved Forever

You'll receive a sneak peek within one week so you can relive some of your favorite moments right away. Within 4-6 weeks, your complete online gallery will be delivered ready for you to explore, download, share with your loved ones, and revisit all the emotions from your day.
